Terms & Conditions

1. All customers either guest or registered before placing an order.
2. Orders placed with us will receive a auto email confirmation or a SMS reply of the confirmation.
3. Orders will be processed within 1 to 3 days from the date of receipt.
4. All deliveries are from 9am - 5.30pm depend on our delivery route, traffi and weather, any changes will update customer.
5. All other timings are possible with a Delivery surcharge of Rs.100.00 per 5kg
6. Our normal deliveries are from Monday to Friday.
7. Weekends deliveries are possible with a surcharge of Rs.100.00 per 5kg
8. No deliveries on Public Holidays.
9. During Festive Season we will inform all our customers of the changes in our operations.
10. Once our deliveries are made and checked no Refund nor Exchange will be provided.
11. All items sold are non-cancellable, non-returnable and non-refundable.
12. Any deliveries which are unsuccessful, there will be surcharge of Rs.100.00 per 5kg for re-delivery.
13. There will be a minimum order of Rs.1000.00 to enjoy Free Deliveries.
14. Our Delivery charges are at Rs.100.00 per 5kg.
